How to return an item
If you have purchased an item from our shop then you can return the item to us at:-

This window will only be open for 28 days after purchase.
Exceptions in return
Any item bought from our online store with reason can be requested to be sent back and a refund can be issued. This can be only done if the item or part you have ordered is damaged. If you order a part and the wrong part arrives a return will be given and the correct parts will be sent once we receive the wrongly sent parts. If you have fitted items like spacers and damaged the item then the part won't be returnable or refundable. If you have requested custom made parts such as spacers then they won't be returnable and refundable. This is due to us helping make sure the part you require is especially made to your specification.
Be careful and make sure you order exactly what you want as accidental purchases might not be applicable for a refund or return!
Damages in shipping
If any items are damaged in transit we ask you contact us at sales@tttoolsltd.co.uk within 48hours of you receiving the parcel. We will then ask for a photo of how the package arrived and the condition the products have arrived in. If the items are visible damaged and wont work as according to their function then a return and refund can be given.
