T.T. Tools Ltd provides custom made automotive parts to clients throughout the UK. We are a family run engineering Company, with over 20 years experience. The company is highly skilled in machining alloy wheels and Accessories. We also manufacture other automotive parts for bikes and cars. Such as, mirror extensions, brake spaces, blank chopper wheels and much more.

Skim

This method removes material from the back of the et, reducing it. Depending on the wheel will depend on how much can be removed.

Bore

If the hub isn't fitting then wheel then we can open the bore of the wheel to suit your hub.

Plugging

Plugging is a method we mainly use on BBS centres. By plugging them this can allow for a 5-4 stud conversion or a neater job.

Please note that we will ask you which holes you wish to be plugged. The more holes we plug the more it will cost.

T5 conversion

A simple conversion, mainly aimed at converting Bentley wheels to suit Volkswagen T5. This changes the PCD of the wheel and the centre bore allowing for a safe and secure fit.

Repitch/drilling

Repitch is designed to move a PCD within 1mm allowing it to fit the PCD of the vehicle. For example if your wheels are 5/112 they can be repitched to 5/114.3

We also can do custom drilling especially on blank wheels allowing them to perfectly fit your vehicle

Spigot Rings

Spigot rings are designed to centre the wheel on your vehicle correctly, ensuring that the wheel is safe and secure for use.

All spigot rings are made to suit.

The information we will need is the wheel bore size and the car hub size (if unsure supply car make, model and year)
